About Us

My name is Derek. I’m not a doctor, nutritionist, dietician, or any kind of medical professional. I’m just a regular guy who was tired of weighing over 380 pounds. I was even more tired of trying diet after diet only to fail at each one.

One day, I discovered keto and the rest is history! It actually worked. Sure, I’ve had my ups and downs and am not at my goal because I’m human and I slip sometimes, but I’ve still managed to shed more than 60 pounds and counting.

My research has shown me that keto has many more benefits than just weight loss and I decided I wanted to share everything I’m learning with the world! I hope you come along on my journey with me and start one of your own!
